After you place your order, they are processed for shipping in the morning of the next business day; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on Friday morning, the order will typically ship out on Monday.
However, order will only be processed once the payment is received, verified and credited into our account.
At White Duck Outdoors, we ensure to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt.
We normally ship our products insured via UPS standard ground delivery. White Duck Outdoors reserve the right to ship your order via a variety of carriers. Other carriers may be available upon request but customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
A tracking number will be sent to you on the email address mentioned in your order detail after the shipping label has been generated.
There are no shipping charges except several items as listed on the website. Please note that standard shipping rates will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. White Duck Outdoors only accept orders for shipments within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier. Any products or components damaged or lost during transit is/are the responsibility of the customer. Any damages incurred by freight carrier must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product. All damages must be noted with the carrier upon delivery. Should a claim need to be filed, please contact us for instructions. To ensure smooth delivery of your purchased items, White Duck Outdoors can file freight claims for shipments as long as the customer has inspected the shipment upon receipt and reported any damage or shortages to us within 48 hours and has noted all damages and shortages on the delivery receipt when signing.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you need us to ship outside the Continental United States, please call our helpline or email us with the items at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with your shipping options and costs. Please note that you will be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery of your products. All orders must be paid in U.S. currency funds by credit card. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders by your bank.
The following shipping methods are available:
Standard Ground (5–7 business days): Free shipping orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
Second Day or Expedited shipping (2 business days): Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 12:00 pm CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. Please note that this method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii, also, we cannot expedite a shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to the size and weight of our tents, expedited shipping can be expensive. If you would prefer to use your own shipping company to handle your expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team.
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight and delivery address. Canvas tent items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Policy Exception:
Free Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and international orders. Shipping costs will be added to Alaska, Hawaii and international orders. For more information, please contact our customer service center. White Duck Outdoors does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Please make sure that you provide accurate shipping address during the checkout process. An order confirmation email will be sent to you where you can verify your address again and notify us if there is any change. Your purchased item/s will be dispatched in 24 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays) to the shipping address provided by you on our website. White Duck Outdoors will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or missing boxes if the shipper marks the packages as delivered. All orders are insured via the shipping agent.
