At White Duck Outdoors, we're proud of the best-in-class support we provide to our customers. That promise extends to ensuring the products you receive from us live up to the high expectations of quality craftsmanship and durability we've set. As a team passionate about the outdoors, we understand the frustration of receiving a product that doesn't match expectations or delays a trip, so we've laid out a warranty policy that keeps you well covered.
The White Duck Warranty
Our lifetime warranty covers products against defects in materials or workmanship and it starts immediately after delivery. If you notice an issue with a product you receive from us, you can reach out to us via phone or email and we'll ensure a member of our team resolves the complaint within 48 hours.
Any product or any component of the product found to be defective or missing will be repaired to working order or replaced with the same or similar model at the discretion of White Duck Outdoors without charge, at our expense (provided the delivery address is in the lower 48 states of the US). Please be sure to keep the original sales receipt and send us a copy of the invoice or the original receipt if you wish to repair or exchange a purchased good. The customer will be solely responsible for the delivery and shipping charges.
Disclaimer: Defects are limited to those resulting from the manufacturing process or production errors (stitches and waterproofing), and exclude holes, punctures, ordinary wear & tear, damage arising from (but not limited to) mold, mildew, inconsequential spot leakage, ultraviolet exposure, fire/stove/air conditioner use, other damages that may occur during improper or negligent use/assembly/storage of the product, bad maintenance, use contrary to instructions (not following the proper procedures), repair, modification or alteration by anyone other than White Duck Outdoors, if the item has been damaged on purpose or damage from extreme weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind, and lightning or any other catastrophic events.

Please don't return any product without authorization! You may be advised to attach a return label to the product that includes your name, address, daytime telephone or mobile number and description of the problem. Be sure to include a copy of the original sales receipt.

Once you've spoken with someone on our team and have been approved to return the product, carefully package and send it insured via UPS or FedEx Ground or Parcel to the address provided by our team.
