Warranty Policy

We ensure you that every product sold and delivered by White Duck Outdoors meet the general quality and usability standards. We promote responsible manufacturing with our partners and ensure social and environmental compliance along with stringent quality control measures. We further test our products performance by independent labs. This gives us confidence to stand behind our product and brand.

 

All the products sold by White Duck Outdoors are warranted against defects of materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, which starts immediately after delivery. You are required to notify us by e-mail or call if problem may arise with any of your purchased products. We will ensure that our Customer Service department will contact you in less than 48 hours.

 

Any product or any component of the product found to be defective or missing will be repaired to working order or replaced with the same or similar model during this warranty period at the discretion of White Duck Outdoors without charge (at White Duck’s expense), only if the delivery address is located in lower 48 states of USA. Please make sure to keep the original sales receipt and send us a copy of the invoice or the original receipt if you wish to repair or exchange a purchased good.

 

However, customer will be solely responsible for the delivery and shipping charges. Defects are limited to those resulting from the manufacturing or production errors (stitches and waterproofing), and exclude holes, punctures, ordinary wear and tear, damage arising from (but is not limited to) mold, mildew, inconsequential spot leakage, ultraviolet exposure, fire/stove/air conditioner use, other damages which may occur during improper or negligent use/assembly/storage of the product, bad maintenance, use contrary to instructions (not following the proper procedures), repair, modification or alteration by anyone other than White Duck Outdoors, if the item has been damaged on purpose or extreme weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind, and lightening or any other catastrophic events.

 

WARNING: Camping tents are sold for use as a temporary setup and do not meet structural code, unless specified. Since weather is unpredictable, you must exercise your own good judgment, common sense and knowledge of local conditions with the installation instruction guidelines. You are responsible to anticipate weather severity for proper time and method of construction, appropriateness of product for the intended site as well as evacuation or disassembly details.

 

Disclaimer: This warranty is voided with the use of cleaning, treatment, coloring agents or compounds that have not been approved by White Duck Outdoors. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and is not transferable. This  warranty  does  not  include  any  manufacturer  responsibility  for  any  incidental  or  consequential  damage or injury resulting  from  the  use  or  misuse  of  White Duck products. All warranties actual or implied are the sole responsibilities of the manufacturer and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

 

Note: Do not return product to White Duck without authorization. You may be advised to attach a return label to the product that includes your name, address, daytime telephone or mobile number and description of the problem. Please make sure to include a copy of the original sales receipt. Carefully package the product and send insured by UPS, FedEx Ground or Parcel to:
